Dr. Heidi Iratcabal opened the Center of Health in 1994. She is a naturopathic doctor, board certified by the American Alternative Medical Association, a graduate of the Institute for Functional Medicine AFMPC, a member of the American Holistic Health Association and the National Association of Laser Therapy. Her key interests are chronic disease, functional endocrinology, hormone balancing and athletic performance, chronic pain, disease, or slow breakdown of the body systems.

Heidi’s interest in health and nutrition stems from a career in athletics in the US and Europe. She went to the University of Nebraska Lincoln on a javelin scholarship, but was later turned into a Hepathlete. Upon finishing at the University (receiving BS in education), she moved to Europe where she was teaching and found bicycle racing.
